I have mentioned, at a few Visits now, that My AC System isn't working Properly. I think that They didn’t do a Procedure Properly after fixing My Auto Body back in 2023. I also had AC Repairs completed in 2022 , as well. I need My AC fixed by Bill Kay ASAP. I also was told about a Tire Rotation Procedure that They don’t do with My GMC Acadia Tires…..I wanted a “Cross Pattern” Rotation. I guess that I need Brake System Work on Rear Axle now, and Rear Suspension Work……. I’ve been told in the last Year ...

Great place for convenience and service. However, the gents at the desks could learn better customer service. A simple "good morning" welcome goes a long way. Instead, I was greeted with stoic faces that made me feel less than a valued customer. When I returned for my vehicle Mike was much more talkative and helpful. If they were like that at my drop off I would've given 5 stars.
