Great experience. My appointment was to address a recall on my vehicle. After scheduling, a check engine light appeared on my dash. The Bill Kay team was able to address this at the time of my appointment, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.

Customer service is great. However, when purchasing I did some something I had never done before. They had all the figures covered with a white sheet of paper and insisted I sign. I wasn't thinking as I really like the car and needed transportation to my new job in Downers Grove. My credit score was lower then for a lot of reasons. IT fluctuates now between 750-780. I end up paying a 10.89 in 2018 and just made my last payment this month. So, I come to you for maintenance but that's all.

They are a ĺow pressure dealership that made the car buying process very easy to navigate.
The buying process was fine, however, I was very disappointed in the lack of GM Financial incentives for the Canyon truck. I love the Canyon, but if GM Financial doesn't begin to offer incentives on the truck I will be forced to consider alternatives in the future.
