Our sales person was either inexperienced or untrained fully. He had very little knowledge of a used car that’s been on the lot for a while. My daughter and I had sat down in the negotiation process and explaining that my daughter was going to be the primary owner of the car. I asked for an out the door price given she has a budget she can afford. Without asking or saying anything, our sales person began asking my daughter questions. I stopped him and questioned why he was asking her questions for a credit application when we don’t have a price. I will say the sales manager was able to make the price very reasonable for my daughter.

Jordan and the manager on site were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the vehicle that we specifically visited for was not cleaned nor the vehicle for us. Nonetheless, the experience was pleasurable.

They not only had the best price of all the dealerships I checked, but they worked very, very hard to get all the rebates and incentives to which I was entitled, they were supremely kind and respectful about my wishes for what I wanted and didn't want, and the final cost matched exactly what I had expected - no surprises or junk fees. Jordi was eminently pleasant to work alongside and the whole team deserves accolades. I don't buy many new cars, but when I do, I always have that buyer's remorse of wondering if advantage was taken of me - but not this time! I left feeling great and still do.

As I am aware whenever the car is in for service and when completed it's supposed to go thru car wash. That was not the case and I had to request for it when I came to pick up my car.

I had major work done on my car and I couldn’t be happier with the turnout. I had my transmission replaced along with a couple other issues on my 2017 vehicle. It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn’t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I’m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I’m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. Thank you Justin and everyone who worked on my car. 😊

Was taken to work , the fixed the car promptly and called me to pick me up. That services itself is invaluable. Car runs well. Service department were knowledgeable and did a great job. That has not always been the case.
