We checked out several dealerships and test drove numerous cars. I was very particular about not only the type of car I choose to invest in but also the customer service. Both were equally important. I had a long list of what I wanted in a car along with a price range. We got both plus the absolute best customer service to be had. Brandon was amazing and I don't describe many people that way, esp car salesman's... Out of all the dealerships we dealt with online and in person, Brandon was bar none! He was considerate, attentive, able to answer any questions and concerns and felt he was truly trying to find us the best car and what we were looking for. The others were your typical salesman and just trying to get a sale or didn't even give you much attention, one was even upset when he showed us a car way out of price range and when we told him we couldn't afford it, his whole demeaner changed - guess he was trying out the guilt trip. BUT - I HIGHLY recommend Bill Kay Buick GMC in Downers Grove and would endorse Brandon as your guy for your needs. He understood time is valuable, didn't waste it showing us cars that didn't fit our needs like others and got us in and out quickly. The finance department was also amazingly quick. Overall, a pleasant experience in a what can be dreadful situation.
My experience with the Bill Kay dealership and the purchase of my new 2024 Denali Truck was very pleasant. My sales person was Brandon Dahlgren. Brandon was very professional and did an excellent job of answering all my questions. In addition, I was very happy with Brandon's assistance in being able to put together the best pricing packaging for my and my situation that met my expectations on the price of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Bill Kay to friends and other people when considering the purchase of a GMC vehicle.
Needed an oil change and wiper blades. Everything was done quickly and correctly.
Very happy with the service I received at Bill Kay body shop. From the moment I called, everything was handled quickly and professional. I sent them a form that listed all the parts needed, they got back to me later that day, I gave the go ahead, they ordered parts, then the following week I brought my car in as prearranged. They had my car finished in the predicted amount of days, fixed everything like it was brand new again. For reference, they ordered a new side mirror and fender, repaired my door and painted. Sent my car over to Lexus dealer to have the computer recalibrated, had it back quickly…Perfect!

Brandon was my sales person at Bill Kay and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Brandon spent a significant amoutn of time with me reviewing the advantages of a Diesel engine versus a gasline engine. In addition, Brandon was very helpful is putting together a deal on the 2024 Denali truck I purchased that matched my financial requirements - which I was very appreciative of. Brandon spent a considerable amount of time with me going through the various features and set-up of the truck once the purchase was completed and made sure all of my questions were answered. Brandon is very knowledgeable about GMC vehicles and certainly helped me in all aspects of purchasing a terrific 2024 GMC Denali truck. In addition, John in the finance department was incredibly efficient and had me on my way in less than (5) minutes. Typicallu working throuogh the finance part of purchase any vehicle is a pain, but it was an absolute pleasure with John and Bill Kay (Thank you). I would highly recommend Brandon Dahlgren, John (in Finance) and Bill Kay to anyone seeking to purchase a GMC vehicle.
Thorough and quick.
After having my 2019 Chevy traverse looked at by trusted local mechanic and my friend whom also is a Chevy mechanic, they both confirmed that my front cover on my engine was leaking oil. Knowing that it was something that should be covered by my warranty, I brought it over to the Buick/GMC dealer in Naperville that was conveniently located for my schedule. I was told by their service manager that, my front cover was only seeping oil and this was not enough to be covered by warranty. YIKES! I am not an idiot and know that vehicles shouldn't leak or seep oil. SO I brought it over to John P and he took one look and said we will take care of this no problem, he and his team were awesome and got my vehicle in and out right away. Bill Kay Buick GMC and Juana Teran made a perfect combination for the best dealership experience I have ever had. Juana was very helpful and professional from my first call to driving off the lot. She was attentive and one step ahead of me on my requests. I was short on time and want to review, test drive and possibly purchase quickly. I didn't have to state i was short on time, their process was efficient and smooth. Scott Spisak was quick to get me pricing and the deal was done. I came back hours later to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. I was extremely happy to see that everything was ready. My total time at the dealership was less than a hour. It was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had!! Jake was terrific, provided me with all the information I needed and it was quick, I wasn’t at the dealership for 4-5 hours like it has always been before for me. Signing the necessary paperwork took all of 2 minutes and I was out the door enjoying my new vehicle. I have always hated buying a new vehicle, sitting and waiting for hours, etc. Jake made everything easy peasy for me. He even helped remove a tailgate emblem from my old vehicle and installed it on my new vehicle. I just couldn’t believe what a great experience it was for me. We will be back soon to trade in our old Buick Enclave for a new one:). Thank you to Jake and Bill Kay!

I had occasion to have 90K repairs and collision repairs done. The work done in both departments was exemplary in particular with Jeff in collision. Jeff went beyond in helping me out with an insurance claim and rental. The car looks new and I really appreciated the thorough wash and interior detail cleaning! However, communication from Service was a little off. Delay in getting work was challenged because of online/texting communication between myself and the service rep. She did a nice job getting the work done quickly once it was found that there was a delay. Please change the name on the file to my name as I have the pink slip not my mother and that does confuse people.
